Prime Minister Jeremiah Manele has acknowledged the ruling delivered today by the Court of Appeal.
The Prime Minister confirmed that he will comply with the orders issued by the court.
He also acknowledged the mover of the motion for seeking legal clarification regarding the current political situation.
The Prime Minister noted public patience and calm in the Solomon Islands during recent political developments.
He also acknowledged churches and others who have offered support during this period.
The Prime Minister stated that the Motion of No Confidence is expected to be debated in Parliament when it sits. He noted that the formal grounds for the motion will be presented in accordance with parliamentary procedures, allowing for debate and consideration.
He said that Parliament provides the forum for such matters to be debated, allowing the public to be informed of the issues raised by both sides.
