
WINDY Hill Futsal Club are the champions of the 2025 Bulk Shop Hope Championship.
Packed with excitement and tension both teams showcased talent and determination in the grand final match today at the Friendship Hall.
Despite receiving two red cards, Windy Hill maintained their discipline and unwavering focus throughout the game.

It was a tightly contested match with the scores tied 2–2 at half time.
It seemed the match was heading for extra time after the scores were locked 4-4 at the end of regular time.
But with just 30 seconds left in extra time, Windy Hills found the decisive goal to secure a dramatic 5–4 victory against a promising Lau Valley side.

In the 3rd and 4th place playoff, Wesley United secured third spot after defeating FC Highlanders with a commanding 5–0 victory.

In his remarks, Bulk Shop Managing Director Adam Bartlett thanked the SALT team for their hard work and sacrifice in successfully delivering the Hope Championship.

He also expressed gratitude to the National Sports Council for the great facility and to Kadau for mentoring SALT’s young leaders.
Adam, a man passionate about raising leaders through his family’s wholesale and retail business, encouraged the youth:”Take the attributes you’ve learned in sports, discipline, teamwork, resilience into your communities. You are leaders, and you can give hope.”

He added:”This is not the Malaita, Isabel, or Western League it’s the Hope League. The name is intentional: to inspire leaders and bring hope to our communities.”
He acknowledged the challenges facing our nation limited education and job opportunities — but reminded everyone:
“If you have the right attributes, you can still go far in life.”Bulk Shop will continue to stand by and support this vision. Glory be to God.

All teams teams that played in the finals meanwhile displayed outstanding sportsmanship and respect for each other, the officials, and to SALT FC team – the passionate organisers behind this community-driven league and championship.

Special guests at the prize presentation included: Adam Bartlett-Managing Director of Bulk Shop, Andrew Bitha- Bulk Shop Financial Controller, Dickson Kadau-SIFF Futsal & Beach Soccer Development Officer and Beatrice Orataloa- National Sports Council.
