Health Minister Morris Toiraena meets MHMS executives in first official engagement after appointment
The newly appointed Minister for Health and Medical Services, Honourable Morris Toiraena, today held his first official meeting with the Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS) Senior Executive Management Team.
The meeting was brief and purposely to introduce the new Minister to members of the MHMS Senior Executives and for the Minister to get to know the senior officials of the ministry.
Honourable Toiraena acknowledged the important role played by MHMS plays in addressing the health and wellbeing of Solomon Islanders.
A follow-up meeting with the Minister to brief him on the ministry’s work will be held later in the week.
